Terms and Conditions for Go Beyond Therapy Online Business Education

By accessing or participating in any online training, resources, workshops, courses, or educational content (“Programs”) provided by Go Beyond Therapy (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content provided in our Programs, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, written materials, templates, worksheets, and live recordings, remains the intellectual property of Go Beyond Therapy.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials to others.

  • Share login details or access links with individuals who are not enrolled.

  • Use the content for your own commercial gain, resale, or redistribution.

  • Deliver or adapt our material as part of your own training, workshops, or professional services.

Our content is provided solely for your personal or professional development and is not to be shared or rebranded.

 

2. Licence of Use

Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for their own educational purposes only. This licence does not grant any rights of ownership or distribution.

 

3. No Sharing Policy

You agree not to:

  • Share downloadable content or internal links with individuals outside of your paid enrolment.

  • Use screen recording, screenshots, or manual duplication methods to replicate course content.

  • Upload or share any Go Beyond Therapy content to social media, websites, or other platforms without express written permission.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate removal from the Program, without refund, and potential legal action.

 

4. Educational Content – Not Legal Advice

All information shared in our Programs is intended for educational and discussion purposes only. While we may refer to policies, guidelines, or examples from the NDIS or other systems, this content is not legal, financial, or regulatory advice, nor is it to be taken as formal instruction or binding interpretation of the law. We encourage participants to seek professional advice relevant to their individual circumstances.

 

5. Confidentiality and Respectful Participation

Participants may have access to private communities or sessions where confidential discussions occur. You agree to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all shared information by other members.

 

6. Disclaimer

While every effort is made to provide accurate, up-to-date, and practical information, Go Beyond Therapy does not guarantee outcomes. Participation in the Program does not establish a client-practitioner relationship, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on the content provided.

 

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to the Program if a participant breaches these Terms and Conditions, especially in relation to content sharing or misuse of materials.

 

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Program after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
